Providence Fellowship

Providence Fellowship is a highly selective, two-year post-undergraduate urban leadership development program in downtown Denver. Our mission is to launch a movement of lifelong urban church leaders who will work through local churches to advance the mission of God and transform the cities of the world.

What does the Providence Fellowship offer?

  • Mentoring - Fellows will be encompassed with a support network that will enable them to grow into a catalytic urban leader. Fellows will be held accountable by the leadership team, the church body, and each other. Fellows will be equipped to proclaim and live out the full implications of the gospel.
  • Development - Every Fellow will be charged to create, strengthen, or expand sustainable ministries in and through the church to the city. Fellows will gain crucial skills for future ministry endeavors.
  • Transformation - Our goal is to take young people who are passionate about serving Christ and making a difference and influence them so deeply that it positively impacts the course of their lives. Just as Christ took fisherman and developed them into world-changers, we desire to stand in the historic stream of making disciples. We desire to see ordinary people who believe in an extraordinary God do extraordinary things.
  • Modeling - Fellows will be exposed to a thriving urban church and ministry. Providence Bible Church will partner with highly effective non-profits and churches to expose Fellows to the best practices of high-impact organizations.
  • Discovery - Every Fellow will be guided to find their gifting, employ their strengths, and determine their unique contribution to further God's work. We will help each Fellow understand their personality, strengths, weaknesses, leadership capacity, passions, fears, besetting sins, limitations, and teamwork relationships.
